Wednesday evenings are Mid-Week meetups at the church that include games, devotion, discussion and a weekly check-in called “Wows and Woes”- something awesome that happened and something less than awesome that happened.
Each quarter we plan a lock-in, an overnight event at the church. Each month, we serve the community or the church with a service project. Projects range from basic clean up to serving a community organization.
Most summers we go on a mission trip. This takes us out of our own community and comfort zone to serve in another city. This week long trip requires planning, commitment and fundraising.
Each Sunday morning at 9:00 a.m., we enjoy a time of education with topics ranging from exploring faith, relationships, what it means to be a believer, prayer and living a life pleasing to God.
Every other year, middle school students can be “confirmed.” We call a time of study and meeting with a mentor “confirmation” for lack of a better word.We recognize that as youth enter middle school, they have more choices and control over their lives. We want to help equip them to navigate through life.
